Indications: Rosuvastatin 10 mg + Aspirin 75 mg + Clopidogrel 75 mg used to treat heart attack, myocardial infarction, angina, and stroke. Rosuvastatin lowers the level of lipids. It blocks the ability of the body to produce bad cholesterol and improves the ability of the body to produce good cholesterol.  Clopidogrel and aspirin work by preventing the blood from sticking together and decreasing the production of clots which is harmful to the body.
